Time & Attendance
Time & Attendance is where admins see attendance across the whole organization: who's clocked in, shift schedules, overtime requests waiting on a decision, and a weekly hours grid. The actual clocking in happens in the Employee Portal, on each person's own account.
In Testing Hub
As of this week, Testing Hub logged 132h 31m across its 7 staff, with no one currently clocked in. It hasn't set up any shift templates yet, and has no overtime requests pending, so most of this module is still at its defaults for them.
The sub-components
- Clock In/Out: The org-wide attendance overview, and how staff actually clock in
- Shifts: Define shift templates and assign them to staff
- Overtime: Review and approve or reject overtime requests
- Timesheets: A weekly hours grid across the whole organization
Not the only Attendance page
HR & Payroll has its own Attendance page that shows the same org-wide overview as Clock In/Out here. They're literally the same view, reachable from two places in the sidebar.
