Modules
Worqbe's functionality is organized into modules: HR, Finance, Attendance, CRM, Procurement, Communication, Helpdesk, and more. Rather than shipping one fixed feature set, an organization enables the modules relevant to how it actually works and leaves the rest off.
Why modules, not one fixed dashboard
An ESO running a small accelerator program and a large innovation hub managing facilities, membership, and a full HR function have different needs. Modules let both run on the same platform without one being cluttered by tools it doesn't use, or the other missing tools it depends on.
Enabling and disabling modules
An administrator turns modules on or off from Settings > Modules. Enabling a module makes it appear in the sidebar for members whose role grants access to it; disabling one hides it, though existing records created while it was active aren't deleted.
Modules and permissions work together
Enabling a module makes it available to the organization, but it doesn't automatically grant every member access to it. Whether a specific person can see or use an enabled module still depends on their role, as covered in Roles & Permissions.
Start with a few, add more later
See the Modules section for what each one actually does.
