Organizations

Worqbe is multi-tenant: every ESO, hub, or business that signs up gets its own organization, an isolated workspace with its own data, members, roles, and settings. Nothing in one organization is visible to another.

What lives inside an organization

An organization is the container for everything a team does in Worqbe:

  • Its member list and their roles
  • The modules it has enabled
  • All records created through those modules: employees, requests, finance entries, tickets, and so on
  • Its own security and notification settings

Every URL in the dashboard is scoped to an organization, so the records and settings you see are always specific to the organization you're currently in.

Belonging to more than one organization

An account isn't limited to a single organization. Someone who consults for multiple hubs, for instance, can be a member of each one and switch between them from the dashboard. Each workspace keeps its own permissions for that person, independent of the others.

Access within an organization

Being a member of an organization doesn't mean seeing everything in it. What a member can view or change is governed by their role and the modules enabled for that organization, covered in Roles & Permissions and Modules.

Not tied to one region

Worqbe isn't built around a single market. Currency, locale, and regulatory settings are configured per organization rather than fixed for the whole platform.
