Contracts
A contract records the agreement with whichever vendor won an RFQ: the amount, the dates it runs, and the signed document itself. Testing Hub has none yet, so the page shows Total Contracts, Active Contracts, and Contract Value all at zero, and New Contract stays disabled until an RFQ has been awarded.
Register a contract
1
Click New Contract. This only works once at least one RFQ has an awarded vendor.
2
Pick the Source Awarded RFQ. The vendor and linked request come from the RFQ; the amount prefills from its awarded quote but stays editable.
3
Enter a Contract Title. Leave Reference Number blank to have one generated automatically, or set your own.
4
Set a Status (Draft, Active, Completed, Expired, or Terminated), a currency, and a start date. End date is optional, for contracts that don't run indefinitely.
5
Give the document a name, then either paste a Document Link or use Upload Contract Document to attach the file directly. Add notes on scope, payment milestones, or renewal terms, then save.
Update a contract
Click Edit on a contract's row to change any of its details, most often its status as the contract moves from Draft to Active and eventually Completed, Expired, or Terminated.
One contract per awarded RFQ
Each contract links back to exactly one awarded RFQ. If a vendor needs a second, separate agreement, it has to come from a different RFQ and award, not a second contract on the same one.
