Projects

Projects covers lightweight project tracking: the projects themselves, the tasks inside them, and the milestones that mark their key deadlines. Testing Hub hasn't created a project yet, so all three sub-components start from zero.

The sub-components

All Projects: Create and manage projects: status, priority, budget, and team
Tasks: Track and manage tasks that belong to a project
Milestones: Track key deadlines that belong to a project

Projects come first

A task or milestone always belongs to a project, so there's nothing to attach one to until at least one project exists.

Projects gate Procurement

Every project carries a 7-item Plans (P1) checklist. Until all 7 are filled in, the project can't receive a procurement request. See All Projects for the checklist itself and Procurement for the other side of this.
