Worqbe supports several sign-in methods, so your organization can choose whichever balance of convenience and security fits.

Email and password

The default method: your registered email and password.

1

Enter your credentials

On the sign-in page, enter the email and password you registered with.

2

Click Sign In

You'll be redirected to your organization's workspace. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it by email.

Google

Click Continue with Google on the sign-in page to sign in with an existing Google account instead of a Worqbe password.

Magic link

A passwordless option: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email instead of typing a password.

1

Request a magic link

Select Magic Link on the sign-in page and enter your email.

2

Open the email and click the link

The link is time-limited and single-use. Clicking it signs you in directly.

Two-factor authentication

When enabled, signing in with email and password is followed by a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Authy).

Keep your recovery codes safe

Enabling 2FA generates a set of recovery codes. Store them somewhere secure: they're the only way back into your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.

Passkey / WebAuthn

The most convenient option where it's available: sign in with biometrics or a hardware security key via the WebAuthn standard, using fingerprint or face recognition on supported devices, or a USB/NFC key such as a YubiKey.

Setting these up

2FA and passkeys are configured from your account security settings once you're signed in, not from the sign-in page itself.
