Performance

Performance covers three separate things that all feed into the same page: weekly reports staff submit themselves, quarterly goals that go through the same line-manager-then-HR approval chain as leave, and formal performance reviews. Testing Hub has 3 weekly submissions logged across 2 months, 1 active goal, and 0 recorded reviews so far.

Browse weekly reports

The Weekly Reports tab groups submissions by month, then by week, and shows how many staff submitted versus missed each week. In Testing Hub's August 2026 data, the week of August 24 had 1 submission against 6 missed, and the week of August 3 shows the same split.

Export one staff member's report history

Under Staff report export, select a staff member.

Optionally narrow it to a specific month or week.

Click Download Reports to get their complete report history, or just the period you selected, as a single file.

Review a quarterly goal submission

The Goal Submissions tab is where quarterly goals and KPIs reach HR for final publishing, after a line manager has already reviewed them, the same two-tier pattern as leave and salary advance. Testing Hub has one goal sitting at Pending HR right now: Mensah Benjamin's Q4 2026 goal to review Worqbe's architecture and key workflows, already reviewed by his line manager Ben.

Open the Goal Submissions tab and filter by employee or quarter if needed.

Review the goal and any KPIs attached to it.

Click Approve and publish to finalize it, or Reject to send it back.

Testing Hub's submissions so far: 1 pending, 1 approved, and 4 rejected out of 9 total.

Check performance reviews

The Performance Reviews tab lists formal reviews managers have recorded, grouped by staff member. Testing Hub has none yet; the tab explains that submitted reviews will appear there once managers start recording them.

Export goal submissions

From the Goal Submissions tab, export the current list as DOCX or PDF.

Check the quarterly summary

The Quarterly Summary tab pulls the other three together per staff member: weekly submissions, approved goals and KPIs, and a line manager's quarterly review status, so you can see who's actually keeping up. In Testing Hub's Q3 2026, 6 of 7 staff still show Review pending; only Kwabena Boakye and Mensah Benjamin have a review submitted to HR. Click Download Quarter Report to export the whole breakdown.
