Teams
Teams work the same way as Departments, but they're a separate grouping: useful when a group of staff needs to be organized together regardless of which department they're in. Testing Hub hasn't set any up yet; with just one department and 7 people, it hasn't needed the extra layer.
Create a team

Click Add Team and enter a name.

Click Submit. Like a new department, it starts with no members and no lead.
View, manage, rename, or remove one
A team's row menu mirrors a department's exactly: View Details, Manage Members & Lead, Edit Team Name, or Delete to move it to the trash.
Departments or teams, not necessarily both
Most small organizations only need one of these. Testing Hub runs on a single department and no teams; a larger organization might use departments for reporting structure and teams for cross-functional groups that don't map to the org chart.
