Departments
Departments group staff and give each group a lead. Testing Hub has one so far, Administration, holding all 7 of its staff with no lead assigned yet.
Create a department

Click Add Department and enter a name.

Click Submit. The department appears with no members and no lead until you assign them.
View, manage, rename, or remove one
Open a department's row menu for four options: View Details for its full record, Manage Members & Lead to add or remove staff and set who leads it, Edit Department Name to rename it, or Delete to move it to the trash.
Export the list
Use CSV, Excel, or PDF to export the department list, or Columns to change which fields the table shows.
