How do I reset my password?

Go to Profile > Security and select Change Password, or use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page if you're currently locked out.

How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Go to Profile > Security, enable 2FA, and scan the QR code shown with your authenticator app. See Sign In for the full authentication overview.

How do I add a passkey?

Go to Profile > Security > Passkeys and select Add Passkey. Your device needs to support WebAuthn, and you can register more than one passkey as backup.

I lost access to my authenticator app

Use the recovery codes generated when you first enabled 2FA to sign in, then set up 2FA again with a new authenticator. If you didn't save your recovery codes, reach out through the support channels once you're signed in.
