Attendance

Attendance is the day-to-day clock in/out screen: a live session while working, breaks, switching between tasks mid-day, and a history of past records. Kwame Worqbe, on Testing Hub, is showing 1 day present this month with 8h 7m worked, all from a single manual entry, no live clock session at the time of writing.

Clock in and out

1
Click Clock in. Pick a clock-in time, and optionally a project, activity, and a note on what you'll be working on.
2
While clocked in, the card shows a live running timer for the current session and the total hours worked today.
3
When the shift ends, click Clock out. The session appears under Today's sessions.

Take a break

While clocked in, click Start break and choose a type: Lunch, Coffee, Personal, or Other. The card switches to a break timer and the status badge reads "On break". Click Resume work to end it and go back to the normal session timer. Break time doesn't count toward hours worked.

Switch task mid-session

Click Switch task to attribute the rest of the day to a different project or activity without losing today's continuity. The page says exactly what this does: it clocks out the current session and starts a new one immediately, at the switch time you give it, which has to be after the current session started and can't be in the future.

Log hours manually

If a session wasn't clocked live, click Log hours manually and enter a clock-in and clock-out time, with an optional project, activity, and notes. This option is disabled while a session is already open, clock out first.

Edit or delete a past record

Under Attendance history, each entry has its own Edit attendance record and Delete attendance record controls, no manager approval needed to fix an entry after the fact.

Feeds into Timesheets

Every clocked or logged hour rolls up into the weekly grid on Time & Attendance > Timesheets, which HR and Finance use to review attendance before closing a period.
